Verification of Requests

Marine Boat Show reserves the right to request additional information to verify the identity, ownership rights, or authority of any individual or organization requesting the modification, correction, or removal of content.

Requests submitted from official corporate email addresses associated with the relevant company, trademark owner, or organization may be considered sufficient evidence of authorization.

Permanent Removal Policy

Once a verified removal request has been completed, such removal shall be considered permanent unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Marine Boat Show shall have no obligation to restore, republish, recreate, redesign, relink, or reintroduce previously removed content.

Any future inclusion of a company, brand, logo, exhibitor, vessel, fleet page, stand, marina location, or related content shall require a new request or separate agreement and shall remain subject to platform availability, editorial discretion, and the policies in effect at that time.

Marine Boat Show provides this removal process as a courtesy and in good faith, with the objective of respecting the preferences and intellectual property rights of companies and trademark owners.

10. Platform Modifications

Marine Boat Show reserves the right to modify, reorganize, update, replace, suspend, or remove any content, functionality, image, exhibitor listing, directory entry, page, section, or feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.
