Marine Boat Show is an independent digital platform created to help visitors discover yacht builders, boat manufacturers, marinas, marine technologies, products, services, and destinations from around the world.

We respect the rights, preferences, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property of all companies, organizations, manufacturers, exhibitors, and brand owners.

Although Marine Boat Show uses publicly available information for informational, educational, directory, and reference purposes, we understand that some companies or rights holders may prefer not to be included on the platform.


Requesting a Removal

If you are:

  • A company representative

  • A manufacturer

  • A trademark owner

  • A copyright holder

  • An exhibitor

  • An authorized representative

and would like content related to your organization removed from Marine Boat Show, please contact us by email.

Your request should include:

  • Your name

  • Company or organization name

  • Contact information

  • A brief explanation of the request

Verification of Requests

To protect the rights of all parties, Marine Boat Show may request reasonable information to verify the identity, ownership rights, or authority of the individual submitting the request.

Requests submitted from official corporate email addresses associated with the relevant company, trademark owner, or organization will generally be considered sufficient evidence of authorization.

Additional verification may be requested when necessary.


Our Commitment

Upon verification of a request, Marine Boat Show will make reasonable efforts to review and process the request as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Our goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, and cooperative relationship with all participants within the global marine industry.


Permanent Removal Policy

Once a verified removal request has been completed, such removal shall be considered permanent unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Marine Boat Show shall have no obligation to restore, republish, recreate, redesign, relink, or reintroduce previously removed content.

Any future inclusion of a company, brand, logo, exhibitor, vessel, fleet page, stand, marina location, or related content shall require a new request or separate agreement and shall remain subject to platform availability, editorial discretion, and the policies in effect at that time.


Good Faith Policy

Marine Boat Show provides this removal process as a courtesy and in good faith, with the objective of respecting the preferences and intellectual property rights of companies, organizations, exhibitors, and trademark owners.

Our intention is to facilitate discovery and access to information within the marine industry while respecting the wishes of all rights holders.
